Fiamma’s first debut was after the 2016 harvest of selected Sangiovese grapes. Since then, we have improved our rose' by adding cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and syrah grapes. Similar to how white wine is produced, after a very light pressing of the grapes, obtaining the perfect rosé color, the free-run juice is placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Fiamma is a lively rosé with a pleasant mineral backbone, wonderful to drink with appetizers, or to enjoy with a light summer meal, especially with fish or even pizza.
Fiamma is an exquisitely crisp rosé that achieves a striking balance between red and white wines. You will love it!
