In the 4 hectares of specialized vineyards at Tenuta Castelnuovo Tancredi, several well-established clones thrive, including Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Foglia Tonda, and Colorino Autoctono. The grapes are harvested in the estate's historic cellar, resulting in the production of DOC Orcia and IGT Toscana wines. Since February 2018, we have also been recognized by the CEE for our organic wine-growing methods, ensuring that our practices are sustainable and environmentally friendly.

From the fertile land to the moment it is enjoyed at your table, this journey immerses you in the artistry of winemaking. Discover our historic wine cellar, nestled among the rolling hills where our grapes thrive, and learn how the terroir influences the final product. As you savor each sip, we will share our passion for our work and the rich history of our Castle and Villas. The experience includes three wines of your choice—please let us know your selections when making the reservation.
