Borgo Castelrotto accommodates up to 18 guests across 9 bedrooms, divided between a north wing, a south wing, and a self-contained cottage. Three separate kitchens, three distinct living areas, a covered pergola for outdoor dining, and a private pool make it equally suited to large family gatherings and groups of friends who want to share a place without sharing every moment.

The north wing has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a main living room and a modern kitchen on the ground floor, with large picture windows opening onto the garden and views toward Montalcino. The south wing has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with wood fireplace and a traditional Tuscan kitchen. The cottage offers a master bedroom loft upstairs and a double room on the ground floor, with its own stone fireplace and a view over the olive grove and pool.

An additional room with two single beds — without air conditioning, ideal for the cooler months — brings the maximum capacity to 20 guests.

The layout of the Borgo — with its separate wings, independent entrances and multiple common spaces — makes it particularly well suited for retreats. Yoga, writing, music, photography: groups that need both shared rhythm and personal space find here something rare. We work with a network of experienced retreat organizers and specialist suppliers and are happy to help structure the experience from arrival to departure.

Guests have golf privileges at the private course of Castiglion del Bosco, upon availability, as well as La Bagnaia Golf Resort. Available upon request: wine tasting, in-villa dining, e-bike rental, horseback riding.

Buonconvento is the nearest village, just 2 miles away, offering all the necessary services, as well as some excellent restaurants and train station.
